Warehouse robotics · Made in Ghent
Lean flows, one robot at a time.
Leantile designs, builds and services autonomous robots for warehouses and factories. We start with your flow, simulate your peak day and sign for the throughput.

The range
Five robots. One fleet. One traffic controller.
From a 30 kg parcel to a pallet at 4.5 metres: every robot runs on the same fleet controller and the same tile grid.

Goods-to-person
LT Tile 600
Brings the shelf to the picker, not the other way round.

Pallet transport
LT Tile 1500
A full euro pallet, without a forklift or a driver.

Autonomous stacker
LT Fork 14
From floor to the fourth beam level, with nobody at the wheel.

Tugger / milk run
LT Tug 3000
Line feeding on a fixed rhythm, every single shift.

Parcel sortation
LT Sort 30
A sortation hub that grows with you, one robot at a time.
Software
Floor · Twin · Pulse
What makes a fleet fast is the software that decides which robot does what, along which tiles, and when it charges.
Inside the LT Tile 600
Built in modules, so service is quick.
Every part is designed and assembled in Ghent. Battery, drives and sensors are separate modules a technician swaps without taking the robot to the workshop.

How we work
Measure first. Then simulate. Only then build.

- 012 weeks
Flow scan
Two engineers walk your floor, measure travel paths and analyse a year of order data. You get honest advice, even if that advice is 'don't automate yet'.
- 023 – 5 weeks
Simulation & design
In Leantile Twin we test layouts, robot counts and pick stations against your peak day. You decide on numbers, with a fixed price and a guaranteed throughput.
- 038 – 16 weeks
Build & integration
Robots are assembled in Ghent and tested on a copy of your floor. On site we install in phases, often over weekends, so your operation keeps running.
- 04Ongoing
Run & improve
After go-live we stay involved. Pulse monitors the fleet, a dedicated service engineer knows your site and every quarter we review where it can go faster.
Live simulation
See how a tile grid prevents traffic jams.
Every robot reserves the tiles ahead of it before it moves. No crossing routes, no queues at the pick stations. Change the fleet size and watch what throughput does.

About Leantile
Engineers from Ghent who can't stand waste.
Leantile was founded in 2014 by two robotics researchers who saw how many pointless kilometres warehouse staff walked every day. Today we design, build and service fleets of hundreds of robots, still from Ghent.
