Software

The robots are the part you see.

What makes a fleet fast is the software that decides which robot does what, along which tiles, and when it charges. Three products, one platform.

Fleet management

Leantile Floor

One traffic controller for every robot on your floor.

Floor assigns missions, reserves tiles, manages intersections and sends robots to charge at the right moment. Through VDA 5050 it also controls robots from other brands, so you are never locked in to one supplier.

  • Mixed fleets via VDA 5050
  • Connectors for SAP EWM, Dynamics 365 and other WMSs
  • On-premise or private cloud in the EU

Simulation

Leantile Twin

Test your warehouse before you buy a single robot.

We build a digital twin of your building using your real order data. You see how many robots you need, where the bottlenecks are and what your peak day does, before anything is ordered.

  • Fed with 12 months of your own order history
  • Scenarios for growth, peak and shift patterns
  • The same code as the live fleet controller

Monitoring

Leantile Pulse

Knowing what will go wrong before it does.

Pulse collects telemetry from every robot: motor current, battery health, wheel wear. Our service centre in Ghent watches 24/7 and schedules maintenance in your quiet hours, not during peak.

  • Predictive maintenance from wear models
  • KPI dashboards per shift, zone and robot
  • ISO/IEC 27001 certified hosting

Standard connectors for the systems you already run, and an open API for the rest.

Ready to measure?

Start with a two-week flow scan.

Two engineers on your floor, a year of order data, and honest advice. Even if that advice is not to automate yet.
