Privacy and cookie notice

Leantile NV ("Leantile", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit leantile.be or contact us, why we do so and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law.

2. What we process and why

  • Contact and demo requests: name, company, email, phone and your message, to answer your request and prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest).
  • Applications: your CV and the information you send to jobs@leantile.be, to assess your application (legal basis: steps prior to an employment contract). We keep applications for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Newsletter: your email address, only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every mailing.
  • Customers and service: contact details of your staff and fleet telemetry from Leantile Pulse, to perform our contract. Telemetry contains machine data, not personal data, unless the contract specifies otherwise.

3. Retention

We keep data no longer than necessary for the purpose above: contact requests up to 24 months after our last contact, customer data for the term of the contract plus the statutory retention periods (accounting: 10 years).

4. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We use processors for email and hosting within the European Economic Area and share data with our financing partners only when you choose a lease. Processors are bound by a data processing agreement.

5. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We store only your language choice in your browser's local storage, which is strictly necessary and does not require consent. The map on the contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to deliver the map tiles.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Send your request to privacy@leantile.be; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
