Approach
From flow scan to fleet in four steps.
We don't sell robots to people who don't need them. That's why every project starts with measuring, and never ends at go-live.
012 weeksFlow scan
Two engineers walk your floor, measure travel paths and analyse a year of order data. You get honest advice, even if that advice is 'don't automate yet'.
Outcome
- Flow analysis and ABC profile
- First business case
023 – 5 weeksSimulation & design
In Leantile Twin we test layouts, robot counts and pick stations against your peak day. You decide on numbers, with a fixed price and a guaranteed throughput.
Outcome
- Layout and floor plan
- Guaranteed throughput (SLA)
038 – 16 weeksBuild & integration
Robots are assembled in Ghent and tested on a copy of your floor. On site we install in phases, often over weekends, so your operation keeps running.
Outcome
- WMS integration and FAT/SAT
- Training for your teams
04OngoingRun & improve
After go-live we stay involved. Pulse monitors the fleet, a dedicated service engineer knows your site and every quarter we review where it can go faster.
Outcome
- 24/7 hotline and remote support
- Quarterly review with KPIs

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does our building need to change?
Rarely. Our robots need a flat concrete floor (flatness to DIN 15185 or better) and Wi-Fi coverage. Floor markers are stuck on, no slots are milled.
How long does a project take?
From flow scan to go-live usually 4 to 6 months. Expanding an existing fleet can be done within weeks.
Does it work with our WMS?
We have standard connectors for SAP EWM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and most Benelux WMSs, plus a REST and MQTT API for the rest.
What happens if a robot breaks down?
The fleet redistributes the work automatically. A faulty robot is repaired on site or swapped from a local spares pool within the SLA.
Can people and robots work together?
Yes. All our vehicles comply with EN ISO 3691-4 and slow down or stop when someone enters their safety field. Where possible we still design separate zones on purpose.
Ready to measure?
Start with a two-week flow scan.
