About Leantile

Engineers from Ghent who can't stand waste.

Leantile was founded in 2014 by two robotics researchers who saw how many pointless kilometres warehouse staff walked every day. Today we design, build and service fleets of hundreds of robots, still from Ghent.

What we stand for

01

Lean first, robots second

Automating a bad process gives you a fast bad process. We always start with the flow, and sometimes our advice is not to automate (yet).

02

Guarantees in numbers

We don't promise 'efficiency gains'. We sign for a throughput per hour and an availability, and we pay back if we miss them.

03

Close by, also after go-live

Assembly, software and service sit under one roof in Ghent. Your service engineer lives nearby and knows your site by name.

Start with a two-week flow scan.

Two engineers on your floor, a year of order data, and honest advice. Even if that advice is not to automate yet.
