Leantile opens new assembly and test centre in Ghent

With 6,400 m² of extra space, Leantile doubles its production capacity to 1,200 robots a year. The centre also includes a 2,000 m² test floor where customers see their own layout running at full scale.

The new building sits next to our head office in Wondelgem. Every robot we deliver is assembled, calibrated and tested for at least 48 hours here before it ships. For larger projects we recreate the customer's floor plan with tape and floor markers, so the Factory Acceptance Test happens at full scale.

The roof is fully covered with solar panels (820 kWp) and the test floor runs partly on energy the robots recover while braking. The building was designed to BREEAM Excellent.

The expansion creates 45 new jobs in assembly, quality control and field service over the next two years. See our open roles on the careers page.
