01
The challenge
A classic cross-belt sorter didn't fit the leased building and had a twelve-month lead time. The customer contract started within five months.
02
The solution
A raised platform with 480 chutes and 240 sortation robots, built in four months. As volume grows, robots are added without stopping the system.
03
The result
Live one week before contract start. In the second year 60 robots were added for the year-end peak, in a single night shift.
“We bought capacity, not a machine. When a customer grows, the sorter grows with them.”
